About Toyota Celica

The Toyota Celica is a sporty coupe that was produced by Toyota from 1970 to 2006.

The Celica name derives from the Latin word coelica meaning "heavenly" or "celestial".

Throughout its history, the Celica has undergone several transformations, from a rear-wheel-drive car to a front-wheel-drive car, and from a two-door coupe to a three-door liftback.

One of the most iconic Celica models is the fourth-generation Celica, also known as the Celica GT-Four, which featured all-wheel drive and a turbocharged engine.

The Celica was also successful in motorsports, particularly in the World Rally Championship where it won several titles in the 1990s.

Although the Celica is no longer in production, it still has a dedicated following of enthusiasts who appreciate its sporty design and performance.
